The project required navigating Meta's WhatsApp Business API approval process, setting up a correctly configured developer application, linking a WhatsApp Business Account to the automation, and verifying webhook endpoints — a process that proved significantly more complex than anticipated due to Meta's layered permission system.

Beyond the technical setup, the AI prompt required extensive refinement based on real client feedback — correcting factual details about products, qualification language, and ensuring the system never overpromises or misleads.
